Job Seekers

  • Ensure resumes and profiles are accurate and not misleading.
  • Apply only to jobs for which you meet the qualifications.

Employers

  • Post legitimate job openings with clear, non-discriminatory requirements.
  • Do not collect personal data from candidates for unauthorized purposes.

5. Job Listings & Applications

  • Verification: Jobbpy.pk does not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or employer legitimacy. Users must exercise due diligence.
  • Fees: Employers may incur fees for premium job postings or recruitment tools (see Pricing Page).
  • Non-Solicitation: Employers agree not to contact candidates for roles unrelated to posted jobs.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers).
  • Refunds: Fees for premium services are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Jobbpy.pk retains all rights to the platform’s design, content, and trademarks.
  • User Content: You grant Jobbpy.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content uploaded to the platform.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: Jobbpy.pk does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, or uninterrupted service.
  • As-Is Basis: The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: Jobbpy.pk and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
